Returns and Refunds policy

At Hype a Brand, we are committed to delivering high-quality branding, digital marketing, content creation, SEO, website development, and creative services. Since our services involve strategic planning, creative work, and dedicated time, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties.

By hiring Hype a Brand, you agree to the following Refund Policy.

• Advance Payment

A 40% advance payment is required before any project begins.

This advance confirms your booking, reserves our resources, and allows our team to start research, planning, and execution.

• Non-Refundable Advance

Once work has commenced, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.

This includes time spent on:

• Research & Strategy

• Brand Discovery

• Content Planning

• Design Concepts

• Development Setup

• Campaign Planning

• Any creative or technical work completed

• Client Cancellation

If the client decides to cancel a project after work has started:

• Payments already made are non-refundable.

• The client must pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

• Any pending balance for completed work remains payable.

• Project Delay by Client

If a project is delayed due to the client's late responses, missing content, approvals, or required information:

• No refund will be issued.

• Project timelines may be revised accordingly.

• Revision

Every project includes up to 3 complimentary revisions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Requests beyond the included revisions may incur additional charges.

Revisions are not eligible for refunds.

• Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available for:

• Branding & Brand Strategy

• Logo Design

• Social Media Management

• Content Creation

• Website Design & Development

• Shopify Development

• WordPress Development

• SEO Services

• Performance Marketing

• Graphic Design

• Packaging Design

• Video Production

• Photography

• Consulting Sessions

Once these services have been initiated or delivered, they cannot be returned or refunded.

• Advertising Budget

Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, or other advertising platforms is managed separately.

These advertising costs are paid directly by the client and are not refundable by Hype a Brand.

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the policies of the respective advertising platform.

• Final Delivery

Final project files, source files, website credentials, design assets, or any deliverables will be released only after all outstanding payments have been cleared.

• Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually.

Approval of any partial refund remains solely at the discretion of Hype a Brand and will depend on the stage of the project and work already completed.
